How far in advance should we order our wedding stationery?
We recommend ordering your save the dates 12-18 months before your wedding, and your invitations 6-8 months before the big day. This gives guests plenty of notice and allows time for printing, assembly and posting.
Do you offer custom wedding stationery designs?
Yes. All of our stationery can be personalised with your names, wedding date, venue details and wording. If you're looking for something completely bespoke, we also offer custom design services to create stationery that perfectly reflects your wedding style.
Can we see a proof before printing?
Absolutely. You will receive a digital e-proof of your stationery to review and approve before anything goes to print. This allows you to check wording, layout and details to ensure everything is perfect.
Do you print the stationery or is it digital only?
We provide a full print service using professional printers and premium papers to ensure the highest quality finish. We do not sell digital files for printing elsewhere, as we want to guarantee the final product meets our standards.

What is the typical turnaround time?
Once your design is finalised and approved, the below time frames apply. Express printing is available on request, please enquire for details.

This ensures everything ties together beautifully on your wedding day. We offer a on the day stationery service where you are able to prebook my time to be dedicated to your wedding stationery ahead of your special day, this gives dedicated support in the lead up to organise designs, requirements you may need & is refundable off of your final invoice. The on the day stationery booking deposit is just £50. Send us a message to check if your wedding date is available to book.
Do you ship across the UK?
Yes, we ship across the UK, and international shipping may also be available depending on the order, please enquire for International shipping prices.
How do we place an order?
If you know the design you would like to order, place your order on the website and we will be in touch to create your perfect wedding stationery. If you'd like to make colour changes to existing designs, place your order as normal and we will confirm the amendments with you when we take your wedding details from you. If you would like a bespoke design please send us a contact message and we will take the details and provide a personalised FREE quote for you.
How much does wedding stationery typically cost?
Wedding stationery varies depending on the printing style, paper and finishing details. Most couples spend between £300 – £900 for their full invitation suite. We offer a range of options to suit different budgets while maintaining beautiful quality.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, most printed invitation suites have a minimum order of 30-50 invitations, as they are professionally printed in batches.
What happens if we make a mistake in the proof?
Don’t worry! You’ll receive a digital proof before printing so you can check all wording and details. Changes can be made at this stage until you're completely happy before we go to print.
Can we order extra invitations later?
Yes, we recommend ordering around 5–10 extra invitations for last-minute guests or keepsakes, but additional prints can usually be arranged if needed however the lower the quality the more costly this is, so always add those extras when ordering to cover yourself.
Do we need one invitation per guest?
Typically you send one invitation per household or couple, rather than per guest.
Can you match our wedding theme or colours?
Absolutely. Your stationery can be tailored to match your wedding colour palette, venue style or overall theme so everything feels cohesive and beautifully considered.
Do you assemble the invitations for us?
Yes, we can fully assemble your invitations including wax seals, ribbons, vellum wraps and envelope liners, so they arrive ready to send to your guests.
Can you help with wording for our invitations?
Of course! If you're unsure what wording to include, we can provide traditional and modern wording examples to help you create the perfect invitation.
What information should be included in a wedding invitation?
Your invitation should include:

Additional information such as accommodation or dress code can be included on details cards or wedding websites.
Do you accept returns?
Because every single one of our items is personalised & made to order we do not accept returns. However, we do send full e-proofs of wording for approval before we go to print to ensure there are no errors on your invitations.
If your order is damaged in transit by our selected courier we will replace the damaged items and send these out to you free of charge. Damage in transit is very rare but when this happens we know that it can feel distressing so we will immediately replace these after photos have been sent to us of the packaging before being opened & the internal damaged contents so that we can then later claim the replacement from the courier.
Processing times for replacement of damaged items can take 2-3 weeks depending on the item, there will be no change to design/wording in these scenarios so the process is a lot quicker than the original ordering times.
Please notify us of any damaged goods as soon as they are received. All items are sent via Tracked & Signed postal services with photo proof of delivery.
